The Bergstrom Group was launched by Mary Bergstrom to tell the stories of new China. We believe that immersive consumer journeys, vividly told and illustrated, enable marketers to deeply understand their audiences and create breakthrough experiences. We began our own journey in 2006 with a focus on Chinese youth, and have since broadened our focus to women and lower tier consumers.
Our clients include marketing agencies and global brands alike. Our research and opinions have been featured in Brandweek, NPR, Women’s Wear Daily, Wall Street Journal’s Marketwatch and American Public Radio Marketplace.
